....YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Believe me, WE are not alone! And you don't have to feel alone, or worst of all-lonely. I've been battling anxiety, OCD & depression all my life, which is over 40 years. And I know that feeling of loneliness is overwhelming, when you think no one cares, understands or wants to understand & care. I'm not so good at helping myself, but I'm in a position where I'm able to-and love to-help others who battle the same demons that I battle. If I am able to help someone with mental illness, in any way possible, with moral & emotional support, coping mechanisms to guide you through the day by day, or just simply by being someone you can confide in, who will just listen to you rant and vent your frustrations, I'll take pride in doing so! We understand one another better than the so-called "normal" people do, and holding a license-a certification-stating that you are an "expert" in the field, doesn't make you an expert! Until you've been in our shoes, you will never be an expert on the topic of mental illness! Know your limitations, stay in your lane, and let us "crazy people" help one another navigate through our lives from hell!
